- Account Username
- Account Email
- The name of the Alliance the account is currently, or most recently, in
- Approximate First Login Date/Time, if possible
- Most recent in-app purchase, if any
NOTE: Sharing accounts is against our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to suspend shared accounts, or deny service to shared accounts at our own discretion.
Don’t be a cheat
We consider “bot” and “mod” usage to be cheating, and strongly encourage players to remove any of these programs from their devices.
Third party software consists of unapproved apps that can manipulate gameplay. By altering game functionality, third party software can provide unfair advantages, while putting your account and privacy at risk
Third party software includes:
- Hacks / "mods" or programs that unfairly alter game functionality
- "Bots" or gameplay automation services or scripts
- Any other programs that modify game mechanics in any way.
- Consequences of misconduct / violation of our policies
- Trying to gain an unfair advantage by using prohibited 3rd party software will result in a permanent ban for any offending account(s).
Cheaper Gems are a scam
Sometimes, websites and individuals might offer discounted Gems or other currencies. Don't be fooled - it's a scam. Such practices require private login data (such as Apple ID, Google Play credentials, etc.) in order to access your game account.
Offering Gems cheaper than what their price is inside the games store is generally only possible by utilizing stolen credit cards or other fraudulent means - do not get involved in this kind of activity!
WARNING!
- These vendors will gain access to your account, hijack it, and try selling it to other players.
- If you release your private information/credentials to 3rd parties, you are permanently placing your game and personal security in a high-risk situation.
- Gems bought from 3rd parties put your account at risk of being disqualified from tournaments, events, and game features, as well as being temporarily or permanently banned.
CONSEQUENCES OF MISCONDUCT!
Purchasing Gems or any Currency from 3rd party vendors can lead to revoked in-app currency and can even get your account permanently banned.
A purchased account is never yours
Account sales advertise advanced game accounts by luring players eager to progress with fantastic and unrealistic promises.
Selling, buying, sharing, or giving game accounts to other players is against our Terms of Service, and never allowed by 5x5 Gaming
The risks surrounding account sales are:
- The seller may take your money and never give you access to the account
- You will never be sure that the seller won't continue using the account
- They might be selling the same account to multiple people
- The account status is unknown to you; it could already be have a permanent ban in place
- The account will never be secure, 5x5 Gaming cannot provide support for compromised accounts.
- If you choose to spend money on the account, it is still likely to be in danger of a permanent ban due to a breach of our Terms of Service
Help stop this practice by refusing to sell your account, and reporting those who approach you!
CONSEQUENCES OF MISCONDUCT!
We do not guarantee the security of any account that has been passed from one player to another, as such we reserve the right to permanently ban any account that has been transferred between players.
Phishing for accounts is not allowed
Any attempt to gain access to another player's account or Alliance (also known as 'phishing') will result in disciplinary action taken against the phisher's account(s).
Accepting someone's offer to access their account will also result in disciplinary action.

List of unacceptable behavior
To understand what you can and cannot do in 5x5 Gaming games, please read the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
Below are some practical examples of what we consider unacceptable:
- Hurtful or disruptive behavior or language
- Use of Third Party Software
- Unauthorized Gem Selling / Buying
- Buying, Selling, Sharing game accounts, or giving away or receiving an account
- 5x5 Gaming Staff impersonation
- Phishing other players accounts
- Refund abuse
- Knowingly exploiting a bug
- Encouraging others to break the rules
- Asking for or providing personal contact information
- Misuse of in-game chat for Advertising, Spamming & Scamming
CONSEQUENCES OF MISCONDUCT!
Accounts found to be in misconduct with any of the above mentioned will face penalties, including but not limited to:
- Revoked in-app currency
- Temporary game suspension
- Permanent game suspension
We will not debate the consequences, and we cannot provide support for game accounts that have been involved in unacceptable behavior.
Help us create a great gaming environment, and safeguard your account and device by being respectful and exercising common sense.
Sharing your account is never allowed
Selling, buying, sharing, or giving game accounts to other players is against our Terms of Service. Each game account belongs to only one player, the player who created the account.
Sharing your account puts your privacy at risk, but also all of your other accounts and online presence in general. When several players are using an account, it might be impossible to return the account to the original owner due to conflicting login data. Using another player's accounts might give this player access to your accounts.
Sharing your account risks other damages inside the game through misuse of your game account, such as spent resources or bans for unacceptable behavior.
Because of the problems that sharing creates, and you being responsible for anything that happens through your account, we reserve the right to close shared accounts permanently.
Third party licenses
Third party software of any kind is expressly prohibited in Battle of Kingdoms and/or any 5x5 Gaming product or service. Please refer to our Code of Conduct for further reference.
