Occasionally, your connection to your mobile network or wi-fi may be interrupted, causing a disconnection from the game servers. If and when this happens, the game will automatically attempt to reconnect and bring you back to where you left off. Most of the time this is due to an unstable connection between your device and your network, but not always.
If you are disconnected during a tournament or PvP match, you might be able to get back to the game before missing any actions. However, if you are not able to reconnect quickly, the game will replace your presence with a bot that will continue playing with the board setup you left behind. It is possible to win under these conditions, but unlikely, and the bot cannot accept any rewards for victory.
Please note our support team is unable to provide you with the rewards a bot replacing you did not claim, in the event that it wins.
