What are Unit Classes?

Each Warrior will have a class which will determine some of its base stats, movement type, and attack type.

  • Soldier: Melee type class. Physical damage. Moves in straight lines towards a single target Attack type: closest target

  • Sorcerer: Ranged type class. Magic damage. Can move in straight lines towards a target. Will always keep a distance of its maximum range towards its target. Attack type: has priority to attack the closest enemy in range while considering the 2-3 tile distance. (Eg. If an assassin flanks it, switches attack to target him after taking 2 hits from him) Focus on AoE attacks and healing through their special attacks.

  • Marksman: Ranged type class. Physical damage. Moves in straight lines towards a target. Will always keep a distance of its maximum range towards its target. If not on range, will move to the tile closest to the target considering the 4-5 tile distance. Attack type: has priority to the closest target. (Eg. If an assassin flanks it, switches attack to target him after 2 hits from him)

  • Assassin: Melee type class. Physical damage. Jumps to the opponent's backline. (The tile right behind, or side if not able to be the former, the farthest Unit on opponents formation. If the Unit defeats its enemy, repeats the same movement to the next farthest Unit). Has high attack speed, which allows for burst damage.

  • Frontline: Melee type class. Physical or Magic damage. Moves in straight lines towards a target. Attack type: Priority to closest target or jumps to help lowest HP ally ( <= 25%) Has high defense and HP. Slower attack speed.

Unit Class and Culture Synergies:

  • Each Unit will belong to a specific Culture or Faction. This will determine the synergies and combos they can have with other units of the same Faction. The same can happen with Units that are part of the same class.

  • Synergies will have different effects and will depend on the number of units that are needed to activate it. These effects will act as passives over some units and give effects to them for as long as the synergy is active.
